The Client is responsible for maintaining access, licenses, subscriptions, and permissions for any third-party tools required for their project.

11. Website and Technical Services

When providing website or implementation services, PixelClub will make reasonable efforts to deliver functional and visually aligned results according to the approved design and scope.

However, PixelClub does not guarantee that websites, pages, automations, or integrations will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, browser, plugin, platform, or future software update.

Maintenance, updates, fixes, integrations, or technical support may require a separate agreement unless included in the selected plan.

12. Confidentiality

Both PixelClub and the Client agree to treat confidential information with reasonable care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelClub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, reputation, or goodwill.

PixelClub’s total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to PixelClub for the specific service or billing period related to the claim.
